Return and Exchange Policy
All return/exchange requests must be sent by email to customerservice@gipsonclothing.com within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition which includes; not worn, not washed, not damaged, not stained. Once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our return/audit team and has cleared inspection customer will be issued store credit or exchange of equal value. Delivery fees are not refundable or part of return/exchange value.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation/refund requests must be sent by email to customerservice@gipsonclothing.com within 24 hours of purchase. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of email request. Refunds will be issued according to your bank card's policy which may include a 2-3 day hold depending on your bank card's institution policy. Customer will receive receipt of issued refund once processed. Refunds will be issued in same form the order was placed. Delivery fees are not refundable.
